Eat The Rainbow
Have you ever heard "eat the colors of the rainbow"? You know, colorful fruits and vegetables that are full of antioxidants and just plain good for you.
See this girl child? Like most kids her taste buds are changing. She used to eat anything or at least try it. Now she would like me to believe peanut butter is in all 5 of the major food groups. W
e can get her to eat her trees (broccoli) with some dippy (blue cheese dressing) BUT could I get her to eat 59 florets....Or 73 strawberries, 814 blueberries, 100 oranges, 22 carrots, 93 apples or a whopping 10 lbs of spinach? Oh heck no! But 1 oz of NingXia Red contains the same amount of antioxidants as 1 of those.
I am sneaky... I make popsicles with Ningxia and pineapple juice as a treat. (Haha tricked her) For lunch, juice with Ningxia and peanut butter sandwich... We both win! And yes I am keeping score! :)
